Yes, we do! Many of our jewelry pieces can be personalized with engraving. You’ll find the engraving option on eligible product pages—just add your desired text before checkout.
Some of our styles are restocked regularly, while others may be limited edition. If a piece you love is sold out, we recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page—you’ll be the first to know once it's available again!
To help you find the perfect fit, we offer a detailed Size Guide on our website with measurements and tips for choosing the right size for rings, necklaces, and bracelets. You’ll find it linked on each product page and in the main menu. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
Many of our necklaces come with an extension chain for adjustable length.If you would like to make your chain styles longer we would suggest purchasing our Chain Extender which allows you to increase the length of your Necklaces by 5cm.

Our jewelry is made with high quality materials, yet, in order to enjoy your jewelry for the longest period of time, we recommend to avoid wearing it while bathing, sleeping or working out and to avoid contact with perfumes, hair spray and other beauty products. Store items in a dry environment and not in bathrooms as humidity might accelerate natural oxidation. If your jewelry needs renewal of plating, please contact us to send it to us and we will send it back to you free of charge. We will charge a small fee for renewals of plating after termination of 1 year warranty.
If for any reason any other problem occurs with an item you purchased, you may contact us and we will fix it for you and send it back to you free of charge.

Most of our jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin. We always aim to use high-quality, skin-friendly materials, and you can find specific material details on each product page.
Our jewelry is designed and manufactured by hand. The base metal for our main line is brass, plated with high-quality, durable 14-24K gold or silver.
We also offer a beautiful collection of solid gold jewelry, which is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, while all other pieces come with a 1-year warranty.

Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty - and solid gold items are covered for 2 years. If your jewelry needs a renewal of plating during the warranty period, just contact us to send it in - we’ll take care of it and return it to you free of charge. After the warranty period ends, a small fee will apply for plating renewal. If any other issue comes up with your item, feel free to reach out - we’ll be happy to repair it and return it to you free of charge. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the U.S. and 6–28 business days internationally, depending on your location. Express shipping delivers in 4–10 business days. Shipping times and costs vary-full details are available at checkout or shipping page.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link anytime to see real-time updates on your delivery.
Your order already went through and you need to make a change in the size, color, shipping address or any other option? no problem. After placing an order you should receive a confirmation email. If you don't see the email, please check in your spam folder, it may have ended there.
Yes, you can pick up your order from our stores. Select 'store pickup' under shipping options at checkout and select the store you wish to collect from. Please wait for a confirmation email from the store to let you know your order is packed and ready for collection.

returns & exchanges
If for any reason the pieces you bought do not meet your expectations, let us know, we will work with you to make it right!
You may return any unused item you purchased, for a refund or exchange, within 30 days after receipt of the goods.
Please return the items, using standard registered parcel service (NOT EMS/Express Service – ask for the cheapest service with a tracking number or customs number).
