You may return any unused item you purchased, for a refund or exchange, within 30 days after receipt of the goods. (Custom engraved items and custom-made gold items cannot be exchanged or returned).

You have two options for returning items: to the US or to Israel.

Please note: Do not use expedited shipping couriers (like FedEx, DHL, UPS) as they require a high handling fee.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please enclose a note with your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
