About The Materials

Our jewelry is designed and manufactured handmade in Israel and plated in high quality and resistant 16-24K gold or silver.

Our ear wires for dangling earrings are plated with nickel-free anti-allergic plating.

If you are sensitive to nickel, our items can be ordered in nickel-free plating, at no extra cost. The finish for this plating will be shiny, and production may take off to a month since this would be a special order. If you are interested in nickel-free plating for your items please add a comment to your order at checkout.

Warranty

We offer a warranty for the plating of the jewelry for up to 1 year from date of purchase.

To protect the plating over time, you should avoid wearing the jewelry while sleeping, bathing or practicing sports and avoid contact with perfumes, hair sprays and other beauty products.

It is recommended to store the jewelry in a dry place and not in bathrooms.

If your jewelry needs renewal of plating, please contact us to send it to us and we will send it back to you free of charge.

We will charge a small fee for renewals of plating after the termination of 1-year warranty.

If for any reason any other problem occurs with an item you purchased, you may contact us and we will fix it for you and send it back to you free of charge.

About our 14 and 18 Karat Gold

Our Solid Gold Collection is made of 14 or 18 karat gold.

Karat measures the gold percentage in an alloy and is basically the purity of gold.

The most common gold karats are 14K, 18K, and 24K.

14 karat gold jewelry contains 58% pure gold whereas 18 karat gold jewelry contains 75% pure gold, other components are metals like copper, zinc, silver, and nickel.

The color and durability of the jewelry are affected directly by the gold percentage in it.

The color of the 14K is paler than 18K, but also more durable.

White gold contains more light-colored metals in it’s alloy, in our collection we make 14K white gold only.

We offer a 1-year warranty for our solid gold collection from the date of purchase.
